Mayor Lenny Curry will announce a proclamation about National Senior Center Month at Riverside Arts Market (under the Fuller Warren Bridge) on Sept. 5. Singers and dancers from the City of Jacksonville’s 19 senior activities centers will take the stage singing and dancing.
