The rodeo is sanctioned by the International Professional Rodeo Association (IPRA) and delivers old-fashioned family western entertainment and a full rodeo program of rough stock and timed events with cow folk from across the southeast competing in America’s #1 extreme sport.
Featured events include Friday ‘Armed Forces Night’ sponsored by Swisher International, with a portion of the rodeo proceeds going to the northeast Florida chapter of Wish For Our Heroes, and Saturday ‘Children’s Night’ sponsored by 99.9 Gator Country, with a portion of the rodeo proceeds benefiting Wolfson Children’s Hospital.

San Marco Relay For Life is partnering with the San Marco Merchants Association on March 5 for “Purple in the Park.” The mini-festival is 11 AM – 4 PM in San Marco Square. Live music, activities – face painting, balloon animals, a Hope Wall, etc. and some food.

Presented by the Cathedral Arts Projects, the Visual Arts Showcase is an extraordinary display of artwork by our students. They have studied everything from abstract expressionism to print making and are proud to share their work, which spans a variety of artistic media, including painting, collage, sculpture and more. Their artwork is inspired by the theme Dare to Dream! and selected works will be displayed in curated exhibitions throughout Jacksonville.
