Bring furry, fuzzy or scaly pets to Baker Green to celebrate the Feast of St. Francis of Assisi with special blessings from the clergy and treats for dogs and cats and their human companions.
This is a 6 week class where we will explore the aspects of creating with clay off the wheel. You’ll become very comfortable working with coils, pinch pots and slabs. You will learn to use underglazes to decorate your pieces. Instructor provides guidance for all levels of experience with special attention to newcomers. Experienced potters may pursue independent projects.
Please wear comfortable cotton clothes that you don’t mind getting dirty. You may want to bring an apron to wear and please leave your fine jewelry at home.
