Fall gently and deeply into the meditation of movement. There are no set steps, just gentle encouragement to follow your feet, or let your head go, find your breath. No one can do it wrong. The body moves in waves and patterns created by our energy.
Join us in a movement class that allows freedom of that energy. No previous movement or dance instruction is needed. There are no age limits or restrictions. Class is broken up into two 50-minute sessions with time for rest, water, and introspection.
This is a 6 week series of classes. Students have the option to enroll is the full 6 weeks or drop-in to any date of choice. Register on September 10th to sign up for the Full 6 Week series or pre-register as a drop-in on the date you wish to attend.
