A Program of Riverside Avondale Preservation (RAP) the Riverside Arts Market celebrates the arts and our Northeast Florida community. The weekly market features live music, food, art, fresh produce under the canopy of the Fuller Warren Bridge. One-on-one help with e-books, email, the internet, online applications, and basic computer instruction. This program is for children 0 to 5 years with an adult caregiver. This program includes songs, stories, and instruments that promote basic musical concepts and terminology while incorporating pre-literacy skills for reading and writing.

The one-hour classes meet twice a week for eight weeks.

Participants learn balance skills, good body alignment, and coordinated fluid movements to increase flexibility and strength, reduce falls, and improve fitness.  Movements performed seated or standing (canes & walkers okay)

There is NO CHARGE to attend but class size is limited.
