Tai Chi for Arthritis @ Lincoln Villa Senior Center

The one-hour classes meet twice a week for eight weeks.

Participants learn balance skills, good body alignment, and coordinated fluid movements to increase flexibility and strength, reduce falls, and improve fitness.  Movements performed seated or standing (canes & walkers okay)

The sessions include gentle range-of-motion exercises that are suitable for every fitness level and ability.
