Laura Lothman Lambert: Juvenile Justice Programming

Ms. Lambert serves as the Director of the Juvenile Division at the State Attorney’s Office for the Fourth Judicial Circuit. In addition to prosecution and division management, her role includes developing and implementing policy on juvenile justice and engaging with community stakeholders in identifying and executing programming aimed at serving the juvenile and young adult populations. Ms. Lambert also handles a variety of cases in felony circuit court, has served on the Grand Jury Indictment Review Panel, and the Office’s Attorney Recruitment Committee.It is that passion that brought her to a study of the National Popular Vote Interstate Compact (NPVIC)and the League of Women Voters.
