Join Instructor Rebecca Campbell in a three-part ceramic workshop series to learn and construct beautiful customized ceramic artwork. Participants will be led through a step-by-step construction of hand-built planters that resemble a stump with a face. Workshops are $60 each, which includes glazing and firing of any work made.

True Stories meets on the first Thursday of every month to discuss a nonfiction book selection. At February’s meeting come prepared to discuss your favorite nonfiction reads and recommend books for future meetings.
This program is for children birth to 5 years with an adult caregiver. The program includes stories, books, fingerplays, nursery rhymes, and songs that promote language development, vocabulary building, and comprehension.

This is an ongoing class that meets every Friday for all artists levels. The class will focus on pastels, materials and techniques.
Students will work from a live model and still life setups on a rotating basis using various types of soft pastels and supports. Check our website for the recommended supply list.

Enjoy great tunes by the Crucial Eddy Cotton as you cruise the St. Johns and watch the sun set in Downtown Jacksonville! Sponsored by Bold City Brewery. This ticketed one-hour excursion will depart from Friendship Park (1015 Museum Cir.) at 6:25 p.m. and will make one stop at the Jacksonville Landing (2 W. Independent Dr.). Guests will travel west under the Railroad Bridge into Riverside and Brooklyn. Bold City is providing two drinks per adult with a valid ID. You are welcome to bring other refreshments on board, in small handheld coolers. The boat will return to the Jacksonville Landing and Friendship Park at approximately 7:45 p.m.
