On April 11th the San Marco Branch will offering a Poetry Open Mic Night specifically for Teens and Adults from 6:30 till 8:30. In celebration of National Poetry Month, the library is asking people to bring in an original poem, song or even an old favorite. Then all you have to do is step up to the mic and be ready to read. We ask that poetry must be appropriate in language and content and that they be must be less than three minutes in length. Ages 12 and up will be able to participate.
