Books for the Bold is a monthly read-your-own-books discussion group hosted by staff from the Willowbranch Library. Read a book that fits the monthly theme and then come talk about it over coffee at Bold Bean!

Join the Museum every Tuesday and Thursday for a guided tour of the historic Cummer Gardens, beginning in the Museum lobby.

True Stories meets on the first Thursday of every month to discuss a nonfiction book selection.  At February’s meeting come prepared to discuss your favorite nonfiction reads and recommend books for future meetings.

This program is for children birth to 5 years with an adult caregiver. The program includes stories, books, fingerplays, nursery rhymes, and songs that promote language development, vocabulary building, and comprehension.

This is an ongoing class that meets every Friday for all artists levels. The class will focus on pastels, materials and techniques.

Students will work from a live model and still life setups on a rotating basis using various types of soft pastels and supports. Check our website for the recommended supply list.

This one-day community event will feature a run, bike, run (Duathlon) for ALL children ages 5 – 15. The Duathlon will begin at RPDS. The route takes participants along the beautiful and scenic streets of historic Riverside. The race will conclude on the RPDS campus with a celebratory festival, complete with family-friendly activities and much more! All funds raised from the Daily’s Fit-4-Life Kids Duathlon are used in support of the RPDS mission to: educate the mind, nurture the spirit and foster the development of the whole child. Participants in the multi-church community initiative meet at 8 a.m. for Huddle Time to learn where they will work on community projects, followed by breakfast at 10 a.m.
