Native Sun Natural Foods Market will hold a cooking class geared specifically toward children, age 5+. Dawn Hutchins, founder of Florida Coastal Cooking and Wellness, will host the class, along with her daughter Gabby.
The Kids Cooking Class is designed to engage children in the process of creating their own meals and to get kids excited about choosing healthy options. Participants will learn how to make Veggie Sushi Rolls with Yummy Hummus, in a hands-on hour-long class.
Each child must be accompanied by an adult. Children and adults will enjoy refreshments, take-home recipes, and a chance to win one of Dawn Hutchins’ cookbooks.
