Join the Museum every Tuesday and Thursday for a guided tour of the historic Cummer Gardens, beginning in the Museum lobby.

Every Tuesday, enjoy free admission to the Cummer Museum and its historic Gardens, thanks to the generous support of Florida Blue. Guests can enjoy free admission to the Galleries and Gardens. Each Tuesday evening, the Cummer Café is open for Tapas Tuesday sponsored by VyStar Credit Union.

Looking to develop your chops, or maybe just feel like playing music with a few friends? Grab your instrument and head on down every other Tuesday where we will learn some basic music skills and some cool old songs. Horns, guitars, vocalist, percussion… all are welcome!

Tap into Tapas Tuesday sponsored by VyStar Credit Union at the Cummer Café. Every Tuesday from 5 to 7:30 p.m. on the Cummer Café patio, take in the sunset while listening to local musicians with beer, wine, or artfully inspired tapas for sale at the Café. The Jax Harmony Chorus, a Sweet Adelines group, rehearses every Tuesday at 7 p.m. Open houses are held every 4th Tuesday but you are welcome any time! As a member of the chorus, you will belong to a worldwide family of friends who value the joy of singing chord-ringing, fun-filled harmony.

We’re having a literary pumpkin contest!

Your pumpkin must be a book inspired CHARACTER or SCENE. Pumpkins may be carved or painted and accessories are acceptable. The winner will receive a $25 gift certificate! (Please keep in mind that this is a family event.) Pumpkins may be brought to the bookstore anytime from October 24th-31st and will be featured in our store window. Votes will be counted as individual likes on each photo posted on this event! The San Marco Library is offering a program for teens on Wednesday, Oct. 25 about the 3D design program Tinkercad. Students will learn how to customize their work using this simple and free software. The class will be held in the Balis Community Center connected to the library.
