Both residential and commercial renovations within Historic Districts of Jacksonville require a Certificate of Appropriateness (COA) from the City of Jacksonville. Learn about that process, what requires a COA and what does not, and how to be most efficient with your time when it comes to renovating a historic property.

Join the City of Jacksonville’s Planning and Development Department staff for an informative presentation on the COA process, with time to ask your questions!

The doors will open at 5:30pm, the program will run from 6-7pm.
